PHASE 1 of 2: BUSINESS ANALYSIS & PLANNING (Month 1)
Stage 1: Business Health Check / Feedback Collected
The program will commence with the completion of a comprehensive Preliminary Worksheet, designed to help you reflect on your current business position, goals and objectives, ambitions, key challenges and areas requiring improvement.
The worksheet will also encourage you to consider what you would like to achieve from working with a business coach and mentor, and the specific outcomes you are seeking from the program.
This information provides Federico with an important first-stage overview of your business, including your current position, priorities, opportunities and potential problem areas, before the initial Deep Dive session takes place.
The Preliminary Worksheet will take approximately 2–3 hours to complete and will be reviewed by Federico prior to Stage 2, allowing the subsequent discussion to be more focused, productive and tailored to your individual business needs.
Stage 2: Meeting with your Business Coach – Federico Re (‘Initial 2.0 hr Deep Dive’)
The initial 2-hour Deep Dive session will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
During this initial scoping session, you will have the opportunity to explore your business in greater depth with Federico, including your vision, goals, ambitions, current challenges and future opportunities.
The session may also focus on a specific product or service you are planning to introduce to the market, or on strategies to further develop, strengthen and scale your existing business operation.
Federico will review and cross-check the feedback discussed during this session against the information provided in your Preliminary Worksheet from Stage 1. This helps ensure continuity, consistency and clarity across all information collected, while providing a more complete understanding of your current business position.
The objective of the session is to identify the key issues, opportunities and priorities that will form the basis of your Strategic Action Plan in Stage 3.
Stage 3: Development of a Strategic ‘Action Plan’ & Provision of Key Recommendations
Following the initial 2-hour Deep Dive session, Federico will develop a comprehensive Strategic Action Plan, which will be provided within 7 days.*
This document will serve as a practical roadmap to help you achieve your key business goals and objectives over the forthcoming 12-month period, providing greater clarity around priorities, opportunities and the specific actions required to move the business forward.
The Action Plan will include tailored recommendations across the eight key pillars of your business, including:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Operations
- Finance
- IT
- Logistics
- Research & Development
- Legal and compliance
The plan will also address areas of personal and professional development that may impact your ability to successfully execute your business strategy. This may include recommendations relating to time management, prioritisation, leadership, decision-making, accountability and entrepreneurial mindset.
Where relevant, Federico will also provide practical strategies to help strengthen your commercial confidence, improve your ability to identify and assess opportunities, and develop the skills required to implement your Action Plan effectively.
The objective is to provide you with a clear, structured and commercially focused roadmap that supports both business growth and your development as an entrepreneur and business leader.
Stage 4: Review of ‘Action Plan’ with your Business Coach (1.5 hr Consultation)
After receiving your Strategic Action Plan, you will meet with Federico for a 90-minute 1:1 consultation, conducted online via Microsoft Teams.
This session provides an opportunity to review the Action Plan in detail, discuss Federico’s key recommendations, ask questions and ensure you have a clear understanding of the priorities and actions required to move forward.
Together, you will identify the most important immediate priorities, clarify responsibilities and next steps, and determine where your time and resources should be focused during the implementation phase.
The objective of this session is to ensure you leave with clarity, direction and confidence around your Action Plan, providing a strong foundation for the ongoing coaching, mentoring and business development support provided during Phase 2 of the program.
PHASE 2 of 2: BUSINESS COACHING, MENTORING & DEVELOPMENT (over 5 MONTHS)
Stage 5: Ongoing fortnightly Business Coaching / Development sessions with your Business Coach (two sessions per month)
You will receive ongoing 1:1 business support from your Business Coach, Federico Re, on a fortnightly basis. This support will combine business coaching, strategic advisory, mentoring, training and practical hands-on business development.
You will meet with Federico online via Microsoft Teams every fortnight for 1 hour. These sessions are designed to help you remain accountable, maintain momentum, address emerging challenges and opportunities, and continue progressing towards the objectives and priorities identified in your Action Plan.
Throughout this 5-month phase, the sessions may include reviewing progress, refining priorities, problem-solving, developing commercial strategies, strengthening your decision-making capabilities and identifying practical actions required to move the business forward.
During this stage of the program, you will receive a total of 10 × 1-hour coaching and development sessions with Federico Re.
At the completion of the 6-month Business Builder program, you will also have the opportunity to continue working with Federico through other ongoing support options, including the 30-minute Quick Coaching Program and 1:1 Monthly Motivational Mentoring Program, depending on the level of support required.
