Terms & Conditions
To participate in remote sessions with Federico Re, the Client must have a correctly configured Microsoft Teams account that supports audio and video conferencing.
Ideally, the Client should also have access to a telephone landline (^excluding 1300 and 1800 numbers) to allow for occasional phone discussions if required. If neither option is available, the Client will be required to contact Federico directly via his mobile number (0408 510 378) in order for the scheduled session(s) to proceed.
Program Commencement
Upon receipt of payment from the Customer, this Program must be initiated within four (4) weeks of the payment date.
Failure to commence the Program within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the Program or remaining sessions, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Creative Entrepreneur.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All scheduled sessions require a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or sessions missed without prior notice, may be forfeited and counted as completed sessions under the Program.
Participation & Client Responsibilities
The success and outcomes achieved by the Client are dependent on the Client’s active participation in scheduled sessions and the completion of mutually agreed tasks allocated by Federico Re.
The Client acknowledges that the Program is intended to provide guidance, advice, and strategic insight. The implementation of any recommendations provided during the Program remains the responsibility of the Client.
Program Suspension
The Program may be suspended by the Client on one (1) occasion, subject to reasonable notice and mutual agreement.
If the Client elects to suspend the Program, the remaining sessions must be resumed within six (6) months from the date of suspension.
If the Client does not resume the Program within this six-month period, any remaining sessions or unused portion of the Program will be deemed forfeited, and no refund or credit will apply.
Refund Policy
Once payment has been made by the Customer, no refund or credit will apply.
In the event that Creative Entrepreneur is unable to deliver the services outlined within the Program, the Customer will be refunded the unused portion of the Program fee within fourteen (14) days of written notification.
Scope of Services
The Program includes only the services expressly outlined within the relevant Program description.
Additional charges may apply if services requested by the Client fall outside or extend beyond the defined scope of this Program. Any such additional services and associated fees will be mutually agreed in writing prior to commencement.
No Guarantee of Results
While Creative Entrepreneur and Federico Re will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality coaching, mentoring, and strategic advice, no guarantee is made regarding specific business, financial, or commercial outcomes resulting from participation in the Program.
Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges that all services provided under this Program are advisory in nature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Entrepreneur and Federico Re shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from the implementation of advice, strategies, or recommendations provided during the Program.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, templates, documents, methodologies, and other resources provided during the Program remain the intellectual property of Creative Entrepreneur.
Such materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business, financial, or personal information disclosed during the Program.
Governing Terms
By purchasing this Program via this website, the Customer automatically agrees to the Company’s General Terms and Conditions of Engagement, which can be viewed here:

Participation in the Program constitutes a formal agreement relating to the supply of business advisory services provided by Creative Entrepreneur.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes arising in connection with this Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
