The ‘Deep Dive Strategy Session’ is an interactive and tactical program designed for all business owners seeking support with their existing business venture.

You will receive 1:1 strategic and tailored business coaching, business mentoring, and tactical consultation from your Coach Federico Re online via Microsoft Teams, or face-to-face*.

For just $950, you will benefit from Federico’s extensive experience encompassing over 25 years of business building and the chance to liaise with him directly.

Engage with Federico and receive an immediate critical assessment and health of your business venture, and specific recommendations, to help you get unstuck; enhance the performance of your business; and propel your venture to the next stage of success.

Program Structure:

This program will involve the following 4 steps:

Step 1: Completion of Preliminary Documentation by You

The program will commence with you completing a Preliminary Worksheet that will enable you to provide valuable feedback to your Coach – Federico Re.

This feedback will be an invaluable first step and will provide Federico with a comprehensive overview of your current circumstances in your business; the issues or pain-points you are facing with your venture; the opportunities you envisage for your business over the next 1-2 years and what you are striving to achieve long term with your business operation.

This document will take you approximately 2-3 hours to complete. Your notes / feedback will be carefully reviewed by Federico, at no cost, prior to Step 2 below.

Step 2: Business Health Check / Review of Your Feedback & Notes by Federico

After you have completed and submitted your document to Federico, it will be carefully reviewed and assessed prior to your meeting with Federico. This is to ensure Federico is best prepared with your information prior to meeting with him for the 2 hour session.

This service is provided to you at NO extra cost, normally worth over $350.

Step 3: Meeting with your Business Coach – Federico Re (2.0 hr Deep Dive Session)

After the completion of steps 1 and 2 above, you will meet with Federico for a 2-hour session, to perform a ‘deep dive’ exercise.

During this session, you will have the opportunity to verbally share your feedback with your business coach in connection with the document completed. In addition, your coaching will provide direction and feedback and a critical overview in relation to your current business performance, future goals and objectives, and long-term aspirations. At the end of the session, you will receive specific and detailed recommendations (step 4 below) that are specifically tailored for your business.

This session will be offered online via Microsoft Teams or Face to Face*

Step 4: Provision of Meeting Notes and Key Recommendations by Federico

After your session with Federico has taken place, you will receive meeting notes and key recommendations within 24-48 hours of your 2-hour meeting. This will include a detailed overview of key priorities and areas that will require your focus going forward. See further notes below.

During the 2 hour strategy session and based on the discussions that take place, you will receive highly personalised recommendations and practical business advice across multiple areas of your venture. Together with your Business Coach, Federico Re, you will identify the key projects, priorities, and commercial opportunities that have the greatest potential to improve the overall performance and direction of your business. These mutually agreed action items will become your primary focus moving forward and are designed to be progressively implemented over the forthcoming 3-6 month period.

The recommendations provided will be strategic, commercially focused, and tailored specifically to your stage of business, industry, goals, and current challenges. Depending on your circumstances, this may include guidance around business development, sales growth, marketing strategy, lead generation, customer acquisition, branding, operational efficiency, pricing strategy, profitability, team management, systems and processes, business structure, product or service positioning, retail expansion, digital strategy, partnerships, and long-term business planning.

A strong emphasis will also be placed on identifying the critical roadblocks currently slowing down your progress and the practical steps required to overcome them. This process is designed to help business owners gain greater clarity, confidence, and direction, while ensuring time and resources are being invested into the areas of the business with the highest commercial impact.

In addition to improving business performance, the session will also focus on enhancing your leadership capability, entrepreneurial mindset, decision-making, accountability, productivity, and overall management of your day-to-day operations. Federico will help you prioritise the projects that matter most, improve your time management, and develop a more structured and strategic approach to running your business.

The overall objective of the session is to help you think more strategically, operate more effectively, and position your business for sustainable growth and long-term success, drawing upon Federico’s extensive experience spanning more than 25 years in business building, entrepreneurship, business strategy, and commercial development.

Terms & Conditions

To participate in remote sessions with Federico Re, the Client must have a correctly configured Microsoft Teams account that supports audio and video conferencing.

Ideally, the Client should also have access to a telephone landline (^excluding 1300 and 1800 numbers) to allow for occasional phone discussions if required. If neither option is available, the Client will be required to contact Federico directly via his mobile number (0408 510 378) in order for the scheduled session(s) to proceed.

Program Commencement

Upon receipt of payment from the Customer, this Program must be initiated within four (4) weeks of the payment date.

Failure to commence the Program within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the Program or remaining sessions, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Creative Entrepreneur.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

All scheduled sessions require a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or sessions missed without prior notice, may be forfeited and counted as completed sessions under the Program.

Participation & Client Responsibilities

The success and outcomes achieved by the Client are dependent on the Client’s active participation in scheduled sessions and the completion of mutually agreed tasks allocated by Federico Re.

The Client acknowledges that the Program is intended to provide guidance, advice, and strategic insight. The implementation of any recommendations provided during the Program remains the responsibility of the Client.

Program Suspension

The Program may be suspended by the Client on one (1) occasion, subject to reasonable notice and mutual agreement.

If the Client elects to suspend the Program, the remaining sessions must be resumed within six (6) months from the date of suspension.

If the Client does not resume the Program within this six-month period, any remaining sessions or unused portion of the Program will be deemed forfeited, and no refund or credit will apply.

Refund Policy

Once payment has been made by the Customer, no refund or credit will apply.

In the event that Creative Entrepreneur is unable to deliver the services outlined within the Program, the Customer will be refunded the unused portion of the Program fee within fourteen (14) days of written notification.

Scope of Services

The Program includes only the services expressly outlined within the relevant Program description.

Additional charges may apply if services requested by the Client fall outside or extend beyond the defined scope of this Program. Any such additional services and associated fees will be mutually agreed in writing prior to commencement.

No Guarantee of Results

While Creative Entrepreneur and Federico Re will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality coaching, mentoring, and strategic advice, no guarantee is made regarding specific business, financial, or commercial outcomes resulting from participation in the Program.

Limitation of Liability

The Client acknowledges that all services provided under this Program are advisory in nature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Entrepreneur and Federico Re shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from the implementation of advice, strategies, or recommendations provided during the Program.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, templates, documents, methodologies, and other resources provided during the Program remain the intellectual property of Creative Entrepreneur.

Such materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business, financial, or personal information disclosed during the Program.

Governing Terms

Participation in the Program constitutes a formal agreement relating to the supply of business advisory services provided by Creative Entrepreneur.

Governing Law
